From the time we receive your order, we aim to deliver within 5-7 working days. If the delivery takes longer, you will be notified.
If an item's package is damaged during delivery, it must be signed as "Package Damaged and Unchecked". If an item is not signed for as damaged and then turns out to be damaged, CGR will assume that the damage occurred upon delivery.
If a faulty item is delivered and it turns out to be CGR's fault, Cheshire Gun Room LTD will pay the cost of returning the item, regardless of whether the customer sends the item and refund the postage or collect the item.
For international orders, the delivery cost can be calculated at the time of dispatch. Additional fees may apply.

Customers wishing to cancel their order and return goods must notify Cheshire Gun Room LTD in writing (email, letter) within 7 working days of receipt. The goods must then be returned to Cheshire Gun Room within 21 days.
If you are returning goods for any reason other than that they are faulty, please follow our returns policy in section 4.1 above. Goods must be returned to us within 7 days of delivery, for a refund we must receive the goods unopened and in salable condition.
Once the items have been received and provided they are in AS sold condition according to Cheshire Gun Room, a full refund will be made within 28 days.
Any customer wishing to cancel an order prior to delivery must notify Cheshire Gun Room LTD as soon as possible. If an order has already been dispatched but not delivered, the customer can refuse to accept delivery and the goods will be returned to us. However, if an item has been shipped prior to cancellation, the shipping cost will not be refunded.

Defective goods; if goods become defective, the customer must notify Cheshire Gun Room LTD immediately in writing (email, letter) and return the goods immediately at their own cost for repair or replacement. See section 6 for more information.
In the unlikely event that the goods are defective on arrival, the customer must notify Cheshire Gun Room LTD within a reasonable time and be able to prove that the goods were delivered in this condition. Once this is decided, we will decide on the best course of action. This may include, but is not limited to, sending the item back to us and refunding the cost or having the item collected by courier.
Special Order items or Custom Items that require a deposit at the time of ordering cannot be canceled or refunded at any time.
